SVP Fragrances Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges of products (“Products”) purchased through SVP Fragrances (“SVP Fragrances,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.svpfragrances.com (“Website”).

By completing a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Our “Try It Risk-Free” Guarantee

At SVP Fragrances, we stand behind the quality of our designer-inspired, organic roll-on fragrance oils.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery, even if you have tried the Product, subject to the terms of this Policy.


2. General Return Eligibility

2.1 You may return eligible Products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

2.2 To initiate a return, you must contact support@svpfragrances.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the Product showing its current condition
  • A brief reason for the return

Photographic verification is required for all return requests.


3. Conditions of Return

3.1 Products are eligible for return only if:

  • The Product is at least ninety percent (90%) full
  • The return request is submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery
  • The Product is shipped within seven (7) days of return approval

3.2 Original packaging is not required, but the Product must be returned in a safe and secure manner.

3.3 Returns that do not include the actual Product, or that include empty, substituted, tampered-with, diluted, or altered containers, will be rejected.

3.4 All returned Products are subject to inspection. SVP Fragrances reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions of this Policy.

3.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring proper shipment of returned Products. SVP Fragrances shall not be liable for lost, incomplete, or misdirected return shipments.


4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the Product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to our error

4.2 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

5.1 Approved returns will be refunded for the Product purchase price.

5.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product.

5.4 For promotional offers, bundles, or discounts (including Buy 2 Get 1 Free), refund amounts may be adjusted to reflect the value of Products retained.

5.5 No refunds will be issued for return requests made more than thirty (30) days after delivery.


6. Exchanges

6.1 SVP Fragrances offers one (1) complimentary exchange per order within thirty (30) days of delivery.

6.2 To request an exchange, you must contact support@svpfragrances.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the desired replacement Product

6.3 If approved:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • The replacement Product will be shipped at no additional cost

6.4 Exchanges are subject to Product availability. If unavailable, you may select an alternative or request a refund.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

7.1 You must notify SVP Fragrances of any damaged, defective, or incorrect Product within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

7.2 If verified, SVP Fragrances will, at its sole discretion, provide either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement Product at no additional cost

7.3 In most cases, return of the Product will not be required.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

8.1 SVP Fragrances is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

8.2 Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

8.3 SVP Fragrances may assist in an investigation at its discretion but is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.


9. International Orders

9.1 International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees
  • Return shipping

9.2 Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid duties or customs issues.


10. Gift Cards

10.1 Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash (except as required by law).

10.2 SVP Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

10.3 Gift cards remain valid for five (5) years from activation.


11. Processing Timeframe

Refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from:

  • Receipt of the returned Product, or
  • Receipt of valid proof of shipment

13. Reservation of Rights

SVP Fragrances reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this Policy
  • Require proof of purchase
  • Modify or update this Policy at any time

14. Abuse Prevention & Fraud Protection

14.1 SVP Fragrances reserves the right to refuse or limit returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

  • Excessive return activity
  • Abuse of the “Try It Risk-Free” guarantee
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Commercial or resale use inconsistent with personal use

14.2 Customers exhibiting unusual or excessive return behavior may be restricted from future returns, refunds, or purchases.

14.3 Returned Products must be at least 90% full and free from tampering, dilution, or alteration.

14.4 Chargebacks initiated without contacting SVP Fragrances may result in:

  • Dispute of the chargeback with supporting evidence
  • Suspension of refunds or exchanges
  • Restriction from future purchases

14.5 Carrier delivery confirmation shall constitute proof of delivery. Claims of non-receipt may require additional verification.

14.6 Abuse of promotions (including discount codes or Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers) may result in denial of refunds or future eligibility.

14.7 All return rights apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.


15. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
